Parpy launches a new homes division for the Top End
After years designing and managing facade and glazing works on commercial towers, we're bringing that same engineering discipline to new house builds across Darwin and the Northern Territory.
The idea is simple: the facade is where tropical homes succeed or fail. Water ingress, heat load and cyclone performance all come down to how the openings are designed, specified and installed — and that is exactly the work we already do, every day, on commercial buildings.
Our first release includes eight house designs ranging from a compact three-bedroom on a narrow block through to a five-bedroom, two-storey home with a full-height glazed living wing. Every design is engineered to Cyclone Region C as standard, with the same in-house drafting and project management approach we bring to our commercial clients.
You can browse the full range, walk through the interactive floor plans, and try the facade styler on any design — all from the House Designs page.
