1. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing this site, submitting an enquiry, using the Build Your Home tool, or unlocking the house design range, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Information only, not a binding offer

Everything on this site — house designs, floor plans, indicative pricing, estimates from the Build Your Home tool, inclusions lists and build-stage timelines — is general information only. It is not:

• A quote, offer, or binding price for any project.
• A guarantee of final floor plan dimensions, inclusions or finishes.
• Building, engineering, financial or legal advice.

Actual pricing, specifications and drawings are only confirmed once we've assessed your site and issued a formal, signed contract. Floor plans may vary depending on the facade chosen, local council requirements, soil conditions and site-specific engineering, as noted throughout the site.

3. Enquiries and the Build Your Home tool

When you submit the contact form, a Build Your Home brief, or unlock the design range, you're sending us an enquiry — not entering into a contract. We'll use the details you provide to respond to you, consistent with our Privacy Policy. Please provide accurate information — we rely on it to give you a useful response.

4. Intellectual property

The house designs, floor plans, photographs, written content and branding on this site belong to Parpy Facade Solutions or are used with permission. You may view and download material for your own personal, non-commercial use when considering a build with us. You may not reproduce, resell, or use our designs or content for any other commercial purpose without our written permission.

5. Testimonials and third-party content

Client testimonials published on this site reflect the individual experiences of the clients named and are published with their consent. They are not a guarantee that your experience, timeline or outcome will be the same.

6. Links to other websites

This site may link to third-party websites (for example, supplier or partner sites). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

7. Availability of the site
